Once I receive your payment, I'll ship the product out within the next 5 business days and I will e-mail you a tracking number if you paid for shipping. Tracking number cost an additional $1 and you can contact me notifying that you would like a tracking number.
Unfortunately we don't allow returns, so make sure what you purchase is for the right device. We do except exchanges on an item at the same price, but you must pay to ship the product back to us and it must be in the same condition in which you received it.
